The new POCO F6 is the latest smartphone under the F-series lineup that is now set to unveil this coming May 24, 2024. It is rumored to run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 octa-core chipset and a Adreno 735 mobile GPU. The phone comes with 8GB to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and paired with 256GB to 512GB with UFS 4.0 storage.
The device has a power-efficient 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, Dobly Vision and HDR10+ support. The 1.5K CrystalRes resolution (1220 x 2712) provide clear and vibrant viewing. It has a ~446 pixels per inch (ppi) display with an aspect ratio of 20:9. The screen is protected with scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.
In terms of camera, it has a 20-megapixel selfie lens on the front. At the back, is a 50-megapixel (Sony LYT-600 sensor) main shooter with optical image stabilization (OIS) plus PDAF and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. It can clear videos up to 4K resolution.
The F6 provides improvements from its predecessor the 5000mAh that supports 90W TurboCharge fast charging via a USB-C port. Some of the interesting features of the POCO F6 includes LiquidCool Technology 4.0 with IceLoop Cooling system, an IP64 rating, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. Lastly, the phone runs on Android 14 with HyperOS UI out of the box.
