The Xiaomi 13T is a premium smartphone, powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200-Ultra octa-core chipset and a Mali-G610 MC6 mobile GPU. It offers memory options of 8GB to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and storage choices from 128GB to 256GB of UFS 3.1 flash storage.
Its display features a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate, peaking at 2600 nits in brightness, and support for both Dolby Vision and HDR10+. It boasts an aspect ratio of 20:9 and showcases a sleek design with a center punch-hole layout, slim bezels, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 screen scratch protection.
In terms of photography, the phone includes a 20-megapixel selfie camera and a triple-camera setup on the rear. This setup comprises a 50-megapixel main shooter with a Sony IMX707 camera sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultrawide lens, co-engineered with Leica. In terms of videography, it can capture content at up to 4K resolution with HDR10+ support and optical image stabilization (OIS), while the front camera records at a maximum of 1080p.
Powering the device is a 5000mAh non-removable Li-Po battery, supporting 67W fast charging, albeit slightly slower compared to its predecessor, the Xiaomi 12T. Other notable features of the Xiaomi 13T include Dolby Atmos audio, dual stereo speakers, LiquidCool Technology cooling system, IR functionality, Wi-Fi 6 support, an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, NFC capabilities, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. Finally, it runs on MIUI 14, based on Android 13.
