The Xiaomi 12T is an upper mid-range smartphone that focuses more on photography with the tagline “Make moments mega”. It runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Ultra 5G processor and a Mali-G610 MC6 mobile GPU. Adding to its performance is the 8GB to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM along with 128GB to 256GB UFS 3.1 flash storage.
It has a 6.67-inch CrystalRes AMOLED panel with a 120Hz AdaptiveSync refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, an 1.5K (2712×1220) screen resolution, ~446 ppi pixel density, HDR10+, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display is a punch-hole design located at the center top of the screen and has Corning Gorilla 5 scratch protection.
When it comes to the camera, it has a 20-megapixels selfie lens, a triple rear camera setup with a 108-megapixels (ISOCELL HM6 sensor) main shooter, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro lens. For the videography, the rear side is capable of recording up to 4K resolution, and 1080p on the front.
Powering the phones is a 5000mAh non-removable Li-Po battery with 120W HyperCharge fast charging support. Other notable key feature includes Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res audio, Dual stereo speakers, NFC, 5G SA/NSA, a vapor chamber cooling system, X-axis linear vibration motor, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. Lastly, the phone is running on Android 12 with MIUI 13 out of the box.
