The Redmi A1 is the latest budget-friendly smartphone from Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi. It runs on a Mediatek Helio A22 quad-core chipset with a maximum clock of up to 2.0GHz and a PowerVR GE8320 mobile GPU. For the memory variations, it has 2GB to 3GB LPDDR4X RAM along with 32GB/64GB eMMC 5.1 storage. It is also expandable up to 512GB using a dedicated microSD card slot.

The phone has a 16.55cm (6.52) inch HD+ IPS LCD panel with a standard 60Hz refresh rate, 400 nits brightness, 120Hz touch sampling rate, ~270 ppi pixel density, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. For the design, it has a leather texture design at the back and a water-drop notch or Dot Drop display.
