The Vivo V23 5G is a high-end mid-range and 5G-ready smartphone from the latest V-series line-up. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 920 octa-core chipset and a Mali-G68 MC4 mobile GPU. For the internal configuration, it has 8GB to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB up to 256GB UFS 3.1 flash storage.
It has a 6.44-inch AMOLED panel with a fluid 90Hz refresh rate, FHD+ (1080 x 2400) resolution, ~398 ppi pixel density, HDR10+ support and 20:9 ratio. It has a wide-notch style design on the front with a color changing back panel and Schott Xensation Up scratch protection.

In the camera department, it has a dual selfie lens with 50 megapixels (Samsung S5KJN1 sensor) and an 8MP ultrawide lens. At the back is the triple camera setup with 64-megapixels (Samsung S5KGW1 sensor) main shooter, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro lens. The phone can record up to 4K video resolution on both front and back.

It has a 4200mAh non-removable Li-Po battery with 44W FlashCharge fast charging support that charge the phone to 68% in 30 minutes. Other specification includes Eye Protection Mode, Night mode, Extended RAM, Face unlocking, Multi-Turbo 5.5, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
