Tecno Camon 18 specs and features
The Tecno Camon 18 is an entry-level smartphone that runs on a MediaTek Helio G88 octa-core processor with a clocked speed of 2.0GHz and Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. The phone comes with 4GB/6GB LPDDR4X RAM coupled with 128GB eMMC 5.1 internal storage that is expandable up to 512GB via microSD.
For the optics, it has a 8-megapixels selfie lens with f/2.0 aperture while at the back is a triple camera setup with 13-megapixels main shooter (f/1.8) aperture, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth sensor. It is also capable of recording up to 1080p@30fps video resolution and 2K time-lapse video.
The device has a 6.8 inches IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate, 120Hz touch sampling rate, ~395 ppi density, and resolution of FHD+ (1080 x 2460). The front display is a center-positioned punch-hole cutout that houses the selfie camera. The screen has a 2.5D curved design and the display also supports up to 500nits max brightness.
For power, the 5000mAh non-removable battery capacity is more than enough for normal users. It supports 18W fast charging that lessens the waiting time when the phone runs out of battery. Some features are worth mentioning such as the 4G VoLTE support, NFC, DTS Audio, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
