The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is a premium smartphone from Samsung that has the most features of the Galaxy S23 series. It runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 octa-core processor with a maximum clock speed of 3.36GHz and an Adreno 740 GPU. In terms of internals, it has 8GB to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB UFS 4.0 flash storage.
It has a 6.8-inches Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with S-Pen support, a fluid 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10+, 1750 nits peak brightness, a ~500 ppi pixel density, and a 19.3:9 aspect ratio. The display is a center punch-hole or Infinity-O style with an edge screen, a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 (front and back), and an Always-on display feature.
In terms of camera, it has a 12-megapixels selfie lens, a 200-megapixels (Samsung ISOCELL HP2 sensor) main shooter with pDAF, OIS, a 12MP ultrawide lens, a 10MP periscope telephone (10x optical zoom) and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3X optical zoom. For videography, it can capture up to 8K video resolution while the front is capable of up to 4K video resolution.
It packs a 5000mAh non-removable battery with 45W wired fast charging and 5W wireless charging support. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra includes an IP68 rating (dust/water resistance), Wi-Fi 6E, Samsung Dex, dual stereo speakers (Tuned by AKG), Dolby Atmos, Vapor Chamber Cooling, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. The phone runs on One UI 5.1 based on Android 13 out of the box. Lastly, it comes in (4) colors – Phantom Black, Cream, Green, and Lavender.
