The ZTE nubia’s RedMagic 8 Pro is a gaming-focused smartphone tailored for gaming enthusiasts. It runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and an Adreno 740 mobile graphics processing unit. It flaunts a range of configurations, from 8GB, 12GB, to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM complemented by 128GB, 256GB, to 512GB UFS 4.0 flash storage.
In terms of display specifications, it has a 6.8-inches AMOLED panel with 1300 nits peak brightness, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, a 120Hz high refresh rate, a 960Hz touch sampling rate, (1116×2480) FHD+ screen resolution, ~400 ppi pixel density, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Its front screen provides a notch-less design due to its under-display 16-megapixels camera that is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
A triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixels (Samsung GN5 camera sensor) main shooter, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro lens. The back camera can also record up to 8K video resolution with slow-motion support.
It packs a 6000mAh non-removable dual-cell battery with 65-watt fast charging support. Other feature of this Redmagic 8 Pro includes 520Hz shoulder triggers, ICE 11.0 Multi-Dimensional Cooling System, NFC, dual stereo speakers, dual X-axis linear vibration motor, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
