The Poco X5 Pro 5G is an all-rounder quasi-flagship smartphone to arrive in the Philippines this February 6, 2023. In terms of performance, the phone runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G-ready octa-core processor and an Adreno 642L mobile GPU. It has 6GB to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM paired with 128GB to 256GB UFS 2.2 flash storage.

It has a 6.67-inch Flow AMOLED panel with a high 120Hz refresh rate, 1920Hz PWM dimming, up to 240Hz touch sampling rate, 10-bit color depth, FHD+ (1080 x 2400) screen resolution, a ~395 ppi pixel density, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone has a center punch-hole display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 scratch-resistant screen.

For optics, it has a 16-megapixels selfie lens, a triple rear camera setup with a 108-megapixel (Samsung HM2 sensor) main shooter, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. For video recording, it can capture up to 4K resolution.

Powering the device is a 5000mAh non-removable battery with 67W turbo charging support. The Poco X5 Pro 5G also includes NFC, Hi-Res Audio certification, Dolby Atmos, a cooling system, MMT technology, Dynamic RAM Expansion, X-axis linear motor, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The phone runs on MIUI 14 OS (based on Android 12) out of the box. Lastly, it comes in 3 color variations – Poco Yellow, Blue, and Black.

The Poco X5 Pro 5G official price in the Philippines for 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model is ₱16,999.00 and ₱18,999.00 for 8GB + 256GB variant. The phone will go official next week February 6, 2023, at 8:00 PM. There’s an early bird promo for the first 1500 units from Feb. 7 to 14 2023 for only ₱15,659 (6GB/128GB) and ₱17,659 (8GB/256GB).
