The Huawei nova Y61 is an entry-level smartphone that cost under 8k in the Philippines. It runs on an octa-core processor with 4GB or 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The phone also supports expandable storage via a microSD card slot
The display is a 6.52-inch IPS LCD panel with an HD+ (720 x 1600) screen resolution, ~269 ppi pixel density, and a water-drop notch design. It has 2.5D curved edges and shiny star effects at the back.
In terms of camera, it has an 5-megapixel wide selfie lens, a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main shooter, a 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor. For the videography, both front and back can record up to 1080p@30fps video resolution.
Powering the device is a large 5000mAh non-removable Li-Po battery with 22.5W fast charging support. Other notable features of the Huawei Nova Y61 include Eye Comfort Mode, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Lastly, the phone runs on EMUI 12 OS out of the box.
