The new Black Shark 4 is a 5G gaming smartphone from the company that was launched in April 2022 with a “Break Through The Limits” tagline. It runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 5G SoC and an Adreno 650 mobile GPU. Adding to its powerful chipset is the 6GB, 8GB to 12GB LPDDR5 (2750 Mhz) RAM along with 128GB to 256GB UFS 3.1 ROM.

The phone has an immersive 6.67-inches Super AMOLED panel with a 144Hz ultra-high refresh rate, a 720Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10+ support, FHD+ screen resolution, ~394 ppi pixel density, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Its design on the front is a punch-hole located at the center top of the screen and the unique magnetic pop-up shoulder triggers on the side.

For the camera, it has a 20-megapixels wide selfie snapper, a triple rear camera setup with a 48-megapixels (Sony IMX582 Exmor RS sensor) primary shooter, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 5MP macro lens. When it comes to video recording, the phone can capture up to 4K resolution with 960fps slow motion video and 1080p on the front.

To enjoy more gaming sessions, it packs a 4500mAh battery with 120W HyperCharge that charges the phone to 100% in 17 minutes. Other key features include Stereo speakers, DTS audio, magnetic pop-up triggers, Wi-Fi 6, 5G SA/NSA, a multifunctional NFC, a Sandwich Liquid Cooling System, a Z-axis linear vibration motor, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The phone is running on Android 11 with JOYUI 12.5 skin.
